Laser Cutting Service Inc. was established in 1996 after reviewing the need for laser cutting technology in our local area and across the southeast. As we talked to different people in the steel and manufacturing business, one problem kept arising. How to cut parts with machine tolerances, without the clean up of most plasma or flame cut parts? That is how we got our start.

We constructed a building with the capabilities to expand as our company grows. Our new facility is 45,000 square feet on 2 acres with paved parking all around for easy loading and unloading of material. We started out with one 60” x 120” Bystronic Laser Cutter. As word spread about our company, we saw the need to expand. We added a second 60" x 120" Bystronic Laser as well as a Bystronic laser with an 80” x 160” table.  All three of our laser cutters are equipped with shuttle tables to increase cutting times without having to stop and change out materials, therefore increasing production and decreasing cutting costs. All of our machines have the capability to hold +/- .005”.

 

We can cut virtually any type of material. Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, host alloy, and manganese.

We are only limited in the kind of shapes we can cut by your imagination. The type of cad system we have implemented and the expertise of our cad operators to run our system, we should be able to cut most any shape. If you can provide us with a drawing, dxf file, sample part, or just an idea we will do everything within our capabilities to provide you with the part or parts you need.
